Deliveries can be directly entered into the stockcard, with a full audit trail of quantities and dates. Output from any “delivery” routine can automatically produce bar coded labels or tickets, or you can use the supplier’s own bar code.

Stock adjustments, transfers between shops, and returns to suppliers are similarly catered for.

Stock checks and full stock takes are quick to undertake, particularly using portable scanners, giving you full control of the retail stock in the shop, saving countless hours of staff time.

For those retailers who routinely order stock from suppliers, the Trackit Purchase Orders routine saves significant time, with all information available to make decisions, such as previous sales history, current stock levels and back order details.

The stockcard can hold optimum stock levels, and the Purchase Orders routine compares these levels against current stock, producing a suggested order.

Special customer orders can also be included, giving flexibility in ordering details and a full audit of the special order as it goes through the system from order to customer collection.

Portable terminals can be used to both determine order quantities and check deliveries into stock.

For retailers who order on a seasonal basis, such as clothing and footwear, the Trackit Forward Orders routine allows the entry of the initial order, providing summary reports of spend and “mix” of garments.

When the goods are delivered, a quick process books them in, part deliveries being catewred for, and tickets produced for attaching to the garments. Reports of outstanding deliveries are available to chase up suppliers.
