We help you at every stage, from the planning of the installation, commissioning of the equipment, and on-site training for both till, web and office functions. Further training will be provided by our support team using an on-line connection to work "alongside" you.
Our telephone Help Desk operates 7 days a week to answer your queries. If necessary they can connect to your PC (with your agreement) to help with the query.
Driven by feedback from our customers, our software project team are constantly reviewing and upgrading the system, ensuring that Trackit is always at the forefront of retail management technology. Our Maintenance and Service agreements allow you to benefit from all software enhancements free of charge.
